Absolutely. Our real leather is buttery soft, ensuring comfort while maintaining elegance and durability. Our collars boast a rolled leather feature to protects the delicate skin around the neck - which can be sensitive on some short-haired breeds - and are cushioned with natural wool fill. We only use veg-tanned cow hides - meaning our leather is tanned with plant-based materials rather than chemicals, which can cause allergic reactions. Your new leather accessories will arrive firm, but will quickly soften and mould to the shape of your dog, ensuring the perfect custom fit.

Yes. We exclusively source from Leather Working Group Gold Standard-accredited tanneries that follow responsible and sustainable practices. Our tanneries are located in Tuscany, Italy, and have decades of experience using the artisanal method of veg-tanning without the use of chemicals. Our leather is all from cow hides and a by-product of the food industry - never farmed for fashion. As such, once it has served its purpose, the leather can be returned to the earth and will biodegrade.

Please note: A naturally occurring feature of real veg-tanned leather is the occasional prevalence of stretch marks or scars from the animal's hide. We think this natural look is beautiful and makes each piece unique! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.

Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth, condition occasionally with a leather balsam, and allow to air dry. The balsam can also be used to buff out most minor scrapes that come with normal wear and usage. Avoid soaking, excessive heat, prolonged sun exposure, or wearing while using chemical flea treatment to preserve the leather’s natural beauty.

Our leather is treated for daily durability, but is not designed for heavy rain or swimming. For adventurous, water-loving pups, we recommend using a waterproof lead and reserving your leather piece for everyday walks and outings.

Yes. We proudly guarantee our craftsmanship and hardware for 12 months. If you experience any fault, please contact us - we will take care of you.
We design our accessories to be enjoyed daily, however dogs sometimes have their own ideas! For this reason, chewing, excessive wear, or play-related damage isn’t covered under returns or warranty.If you need advice on maintaining your accessory, we’re always happy to help.

We accept returns of unused items in original condition with the tags on within 14 days of delivery.
